THE CONTEXT
Within the Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL Lausanne), Alliance is the consortium for technology and knowledge transfer in French- and Italian-speaking Switzerland.
In order to develop a new high-technology project or product, entrepreneurs can call on the 6'000 researchers and partner laboratories of Alliance for consultation or more-or-less long-term mandates.
The 15 Technology Advisors help to implement these collaboration projects between entrepreneurs and specific researchers.
Marc Gandar, specialist for information technology, followed the implementation of eLink to manage this industrial liaison programme and the daily activity of the Technology Advisors.
